I am a Certified Life Coach that also studied with Deepak Chopra to become a “Perfect Health Instructor” that is where you combine equally the -Mind- Body-Spirit
I have learned so much from studying Ayurveda, which is a ancient Indian medical system. For me balance is an integration of all three-Mind-Body and Spirit!
I am a people person! I love people I want to see everyone happy and feeling their best!
I know how great life can be when you have the right vibration. I can make anything happen when I’m in that place. I have learned how to create my world and it’s incredible.

My experiences of life are wonderful and inspiring. Sharing with other people how to do that is what life is all about for me.

That is why I became a Life Coach. Life Coaching is the most magical process I‘ve ever experienced!
